Miley Cyrus Busts Out Her Boobs Yet Again: See Two Sexy, Unused Topless Pics From Her Nude, Porn-Lite ‘Bangerz’ Shoot

MILEY STRIPS FOR TERRY
Miley strips for an explicit shoot with Terry Richardson.Read More »
Another day, another topless pic of Miley Cyrus. At least the recently-surfaced (unused images) from her Bangerz photo shoot leave a little something to the imagination. The frequently nude diva coyly (by her standards) covers her breasts in one snap and turns her back to the camera in another. It still looks like an American Apparel advertisement but things could be a lot worse.
Miley is currently winding up her world tour after being hospitalized for a severe allergic reaction. It’s unclear at this stage if she will be releasing a fourth single from Bangerz but it surely couldn’t hurt. The other cuts did well (“Adore You” slightly underperformed but still reached the top 30) and she’s sitting on some killer party jams like “4×4″, “Get It Right” and “Drive.”
See the serial twerker’s semi-nudes after the jump.
Is this sexy or trashy or somewhere inbetween? Let us know in the comments below.

Hey, Check out this quote: Love means tearing down the separateness and the boundaries between your heart feelings and another person.

The 20 Kinds of Lovers That Exist in the World

Do you ever wonder what kind of a
lover you are? Or what kind of a lover
you’re dating? Read these 20 types of
lovers and you’ll find your answer. By
Natalia Avdeeva
When you start dating someone, you
may understand them as a person.
But it’s not always easy to decipher
what kind of a lover they’d be.
But as time passes by, sometimes a
few weeks, or at other times, a few
months, you’d be able to clearly tell
just what kind of a lover they are.
The signs are easy to see, just as
long as you can clear the haze of love
away and see your lover for who they
truly are.
The kinds of lovers and compatibility
Firstly, not all kinds of lovers are
compatible with each other.
If you’re someone who’s fiercely
independent or someone who likes to
be in control all the time, you may
have a hard time staying in a
relationship with a controlling
partner.
On the other hand, if you’re the kind
of lover who wants to be taken care
of, you may find yourself completely
incompatible in a relationship with
someone who’s selfish.
Before you date someone or try
pointing fingers at them, try to find
out what kind of a lover you are.
It’ll help you understand your own
good side and your own flaws when
you enter into a relationship.
And once you understand yourself
better and realize what kind of a lover
you are, you’d find it easier to tell if
there’s a potential for a new
relationship to work out or not with
ease.
There’s more than one kind of lover in
all of us
There are many sides of love in all of
us. Very rarely would you find just one
kind of a lover in all of us. Almost
always, it’s circumstances and
relationships that bring out the
different kinds of lovers within us.
A few kinds of lovers are never good
for a relationship, while a few other
kinds are perfect for a long term
romance.
While there are many subtle hints of
different types of lovers in us all,
there’s one kind of lover that sticks
out and defines us for the kind of lover
we are. And that’s the way your lover
and the rest of the world would see
you.
The 20 kinds of lovers that exist in
the world
Use these 20 kinds of lovers to find
out just what kind of a lover you are,
and what kind of a lover your partner
is.
Try to define yourself as one of these
20 kinds of lovers, and speak with
your partner and ask them to point
out the kind of lovers they see in you.
And if you don’t like how either of you
see each other, talk about it with
each other. After all, understanding
what kind of a lover your partner sees
in you can help you become a better
lover, and work on your flaws. And
it’ll help your partner become a better
lover too!
#1 The giver. This is the selfless lover
who constantly gives in the
relationship, usually because they
believe they’re not good enough for
the relationship or their partner, or
they believe they don’t provide
enough value to the relationship and
try to compensate for it by giving
more towards the relationship.
#2 The taker. This is the kind of
partner who constantly takes in the
relationship *always wants things
their own way*. This person believes
they bring so much into the
relationship just by their mere
existence that they don’t need to do
anything at all to make their partner
happy. People who think of
themselves as a trophy usually end
up as this kind of a partner.
#3 The pleaser. This kind of a lover
goes out of their way to please their
partner. Call it unconditional love or
pleasing love, but just watching their
lover smile makes this person happy
and fulfilled. They get pleasure out of
pleasing their partner, even if it
means giving up on something they
want or like.
#4 The controller. The controlling
lover appears very caring and loving,
and seems extremely attentive to
your needs. But somewhere along the
way, you may start to feel stifled and
suffocated by their subtle demands or
restrictions.
They use manipulation and emotional
blackmail to make you dependent on
them, and before you know it, you feel
trapped and isolated from the rest of
the world.
#5 The selfish lover. This kind of a
lover always thinks twice before
giving something or doing something
nice for their lover. They always ask
themselves “what’s in it for me?”
before they do anything. And they
*discreetly* want the bigger or better
thing all the time, be it the bigger
slice of pizza that both of you pretend
not to notice, or while making plans
for the next vacation.
#6 out of your way to make them feel secure and happy in
the relationship. They feel threatened
by your friends, or by anyone else
who seems to give you the slightest
hint of attention. They constantly
doubt you or sneakily try to snoop
around in the hope of catching you
red-handed.
#7 The actor. The actor is a tricky
person to read, because they behave
like they really care about you when
you’re around. They constantly try to
show just how concerned they are
about you and your happiness, they
ask you if you want something, but in
reality, they don’t ever do anything to
make you feel better. It’s all talk and
no trousers.
#8 The drama seeker. This kind of a
lover wants to experience something
new all the time, be it a fight or a
romantic getaway. They don’t like
comfort or monotony. They’d rather
pick a petty fight or do something
dramatic than just let the relationship
go along its calm course.
#9 The straying lover. This kind of a
partner gets bored very easily and
they always want more. They may
seem excited for the first few months
of the relationship, but as soon as the
infatuation stage passes by, they get
distant or boring. And they’d seem
more interested in impressing
someone else.
#10 The overlooker. This kind of a
partner sees your flaws, but they
choose to overlook them or put up
with them because they don’t want
to change anything in the
relationship. They’d rather be a
punching bag who deals with their
partner’s affairs or lack of affection by
turning a blind eye to it, rather than
confront or walk away from it.
#11 The helper. The helper constantly
tries to help their partner become
better, either by supporting them or
criticizing them. They find their own
meaning to life or happiness in life by
supporting their lover and helping
them achieve something.
This kind of a partner behaves like a
martyr who sacrifices their desires to
help their partner achieve theirs, but
they always remember the sacrifices.
And at times, they may even use it to
emotionally manipulate their lover.
#12 The compromiser. This kind of a
lover doesn’t mind giving in for the
happiness of the relationship. They
give in easily in any argument or
discussion just to please their
partner, or avoid a fight. They may
seem like they have no desires or
wants, and are happy to accept the
decisions of their partner.
#13 Possessive lover. The possessive
lover may love you a lot, but they
have a very hard time trusting you.
They constantly feel like everyone else
in the world is out to separate the
both of you, and every person of the
opposite sex is trying to hook up with
you. This kind of a partner may love
you, but they have a hard time
trusting you unconditionally.
#14 Jealous lover. Does your partner
ever feel jealous of your success or
your achievements? The jealous lover
may love you a lot, but they always
want what you have, or more. If you
buy a few new expensive perfumes,
your jealous lover would want to buy
perfumes too. And if you get
promoted at work, your partner may
start sulking about how
underappreciated they are at work
even if they never felt that way before
you got your promotion!
#15 Material lover. This kind of a
lover is more focused on wealth and
luxuries than anything else. They
want everything the material world
has to offer, and they don’t care what
their partner does *behind their back*
as long as they have money and the
good life.
#16 The loyal lover. A loyal lover is
the one who sticks with their partner
through thick and thin. They have
moral principles and they don’t go
looking for opportunities to cheat on
their partner. They’re emotionally and
sexually satisfied and don’t stray at
the first stolen opportunity.
#17 Passionate lover. This type of
lover is almost always on a sexual
high. They’re extremely passionate
and are proud of their sexual
prowess. They spend a lot of time
making love, and they love having a
good time in bed and pleasing their
partner. They’re full of passion and
they can’t imagine a life where
sexual intimacy takes second place
behind anything else.
#18 Brooding lover. The brooding
lover is the kind of lover who’s lost in
their own world almost all the time.
They want space and love being by
themselves for several hours, and at
times, they may even get annoyed if
they don’t get enough space to be by
themselves. They’re distracted or lost
in thoughts, and even if they seem
happy in the relationship, they almost
always seem bothered by something.

#19 Enthusiastic lover. They’re
always enthusiastic and love trying
new things all the time. They’re not
boring, and at times, they’re even
reckless. They love creating
memories and are always involving
their partner to try a new experience
all the time.
#20 The romantic lover. This kind of
a lover is a true romantic. They woo
you and impress you with romantic
gestures all the time. They’re really
sweet and loving, and don’t miss any
opportunity to display a grand
gesture of love and romance! :

partner? Talk about it to each other,

Word Of Wisdom For The Day.

Every sunset gives us, one day less to live! But every sunrise give us one day more to hope! So, cheer up and hope for the best.

Apple agrees to $3bn Beats deal

In a video posted online, Dr Dre is shown celebrating the deal before it was even done, as Michelle Fleury reports
Apple has confirmed it will buy headphone maker and music-streaming service provider Beats Electronics.
The deal is worth a total of $3bn (£1.8bn), and is thought to be Apple's largest acquisition to date.
As part of the acquisition, Beats co-founders Jimmy Iovine and Dr Dre will join the technology firm.
Apple boss Tim Cook said the deal would allow the firm to "continue to create the most innovative music products and services in the world".
In a statement, Apple said it is paying an initial $2.6bn (£1.6bn) for Beats, and approximately $400m (£239m) "that will vest over time".
Beats was founded in 2008 by music producer Jimmy Iovine and hip-hop star Dr Dre and until recently was best known for its headphones.
It started a subscription-based music streaming service earlier this year.
Apple has its own iTunes store, the world's largest music download service, and launched iTunes Radio last year.
But despite having been an early pioneer of digital music, the Californian firm has been facing increased competition from subscription services such as Spotify, Pandora and Rdio.
However, Beats' music service only has about 250,000 paying subscribers, compared with Spotify's 10 million.
'It's the people'
The deal with Beats also marks a departure for Apple, which has a reputation for developing new products in-house, rather than buying up smaller firms - a method preferred by rivals Google.
But in an interview with the New York Times, Mr Cook hinted that Beats' founders may have been part of the attraction.
"Could Eddy's team [Eddy Cue, Apple executive in charge of iTunes] have built a subscription service? Of course," he told the newspaper.
"You don't build everything yourself. It's not one thing that excites us here. It's the people. It's the service."
"These guys are really unique," Mr Cook added. "It's like finding the precise grain of sand on the beach. They're rare and very hard to find."
The Apple boss also said that Dr Dre and Mr Iovine would be coming up with "products you haven't thought of yet".
'Everyone is puzzled'
However some analysts remain baffled by the acquisition.
Technology writer Benedict Evans tweeted: "If you think Apple's lost it, Beats deal is confirmation. If you don't, it's… perplexing. Few really convincing rationales."
Beats co-founder Jimmy Iovine, who made his name as chairman of the Interscope Geffen A&M record label, welcomed the deal.
"I've always known in my heart that Beats belonged with Apple," he said.

"The idea when we started the company was inspired by Apple's unmatched ability to marry culture and technology.
Apple analyst Jim Dalrymple hinted that it may be Mr Iovine's talent that the technology firm is after.
Writing on his website The Loop, Mr Dalrymple said: "In my opinion, Jimmy is going to play an important role going forward.
"Maybe not that you always see, but he'll be there".
As well as headphones, Beats sells earphones and portable speakers, and has even developed partnerships with carmakers and computer manufacturers to include its BeatsAudio software technology in their products.
The company's flagship products have also received several celebrity endorsements, with stars including Lady Gaga, Lil Wayne and Nicki Minaj designing their own customised Beats headphones.
Subject to regulatory approvals, Apple said it expects the deal to close in the fourth financial quarter of this year.

Angelou 'brightest light' says Obama

US President Barack Obama has led the tributes to Maya Angelou, describing the poet, author and activist as "one of the brightest lights of our time".
He hailed Angelou, who has died aged 86, as "a brilliant writer, a fierce friend and a truly phenomenal woman".
She made her name with the memoir I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings, which charted a childhood of oppression and abuse in the Deep South in the 1930s.
Her family described her as "a warrior for equality, tolerance and peace".
In a statement on Facebook, they said she passed away quietly at home in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, at 08:00 EST (12:00 GMT).
"Her family is extremely grateful that her ascension was not belaboured by a loss of acuity or comprehension," they said.
"She lived a life as a teacher, activist, artist and human being... The family is extremely appreciative of the time we had with her and we know that she is looking down upon us with love."

Barack Obama gave Angelou the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 2011

In 2000, she was awarded the National Medal of Arts by President Bill Clinton
Mr Obama gave her the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the country's highest civilian award, in 2011.
He said: "Over the course of her remarkable life, Maya was many things - an author, poet, civil rights activist, playwright, actress, director, composer, singer and dancer.
"But above all, she was a storyteller - and her greatest stories were true.

I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings dealt with the racism and family trauma of Angelou's upbringing
"A childhood of suffering and abuse actually drove her to stop speaking - but the voice she found helped generations of Americans find their rainbow amidst the clouds, and inspired the rest of us to be our best selves."
Raised by her grandmother in Stamps, Arkansas, Angelou was raped by her mother's boyfriend at the age of seven. After she told her family what had happened, the boyfriend was killed.
"I thought my voice had killed him, so it was better not to speak - so I simply stopped speaking," she said. She remained mute for five years, but read voraciously.
Former President Bill Clinton, who invited Angelou to read at his 1993 inauguration, said America had lost a national treasure and he and wife Hillary had lost "a beloved friend".
"The poems and stories she wrote and read to us in her commanding voice were gifts of wisdom and wit, courage and grace," he said.
"I will always be grateful for her electrifying reading of On the Pulse of Morning at my first inaugural, and even more for all the years of friendship that followed."
Others paying tribute included civil rights campaigner Reverend Jesse Jackson, who wrote on Twitter: "The renaissance woman has made a peaceful transition. She acted, sang, danced & taught She used poetry as a road for peace."
Harry Potter author JK Rowling tweeted one of Angelou's quotes: "'If you are always trying to be normal, you will never know how amazing you can be.' Maya Angelou - who was utterly amazing."
A statement from Wake Forest University, where Angelou had been professor of American studies since 1982, said: "Dr Angelou was a national treasure whose life and teachings inspired millions around the world."
I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings, which dealt with the racism and family trauma of her upbringing, spent two years on the US best-seller list after its publication in 1970. It was the first of seven memoirs.
After the poverty, violence and segregation of her childhood, she became a singer, a dancer, cocktail waitress, prostitute and an actress before beginning her writing career.

Angelou received a lifetime achievement award from Glamour magazine in 2009
Her career had many outlets, straddling television, theatre, film, children's books and music.
Angelou was also a prominent civil rights activist and a friend of Martin Luther King and Malcolm X.
Through her writing and interviews, her strength and eloquence as a role model for those seeking to overcome inequality and injustice won her many admirers.
In her final Facebook post on Monday, she said an "unexpected medical emergency" had forced her to cancel an engagement.
A selection of tributes from Twitter:

make out and you’ll feel like a pro in

If you were to ask a friend how to
make out, the first thing they’d tell
you is that it comes naturally.

instincts.

all the time, especially when you
panic or get stressed out.

and their tongue.

yourself, seriously, don’t worry about
it!
As long as you know these steps here,
you’d be able to work your magic

How to make out like a know-it-all!
It doesn’t matter if you’re making out
for the first time or the hundredth
time, just keeping a few simple steps
in mind will always make making out
feel really good.
Firstly, you need to remember that a
kiss is just a small part of making
out. There’s so much more to do!
Think about it, you have a whole
body that’s tingling with sexual
arousal, so why limit your make out
moves to just the lips?
Many guys and girls assume making
out is all about starting at the lips,
and moving downwards one step
after the other. But really, making out
is so much more than that, and it’s
so much more sexier than that too!
10 steps to make out and make it
feel oh-so-sexy!
If you’ve just started dating someone
and are on the verge of making out
with them, read these 10 steps on
how to make out and use them. Your
sweetheart would definitely be
amazed by how good you are, and
assume you’re a sex god or a sex
goddess who’s a know-it-all when it
comes to making out! [Read: How to
be a seductress and a sex goddess
who’s desired by all guys
]
#1 The perfect setting. If you want to
have a good time making out, both of
you need to feel comfortable in your
surroundings. Find a place that’s
quiet and isolated where you won’t
be interrupted by anyone. Privacy is
important if you want to avoid
distractions and build the connection.
#2 Don’t expect the mood to be
perfect right away. The way both of
you feel at that very moment plays a
big part in making out. If you’ve had
phone sex or texted each other a few
dirty lines the earlier evening or if
both of you decide to finally make out
on the next date, don’t assume the
mood would be just right when both
of you meet up. [Read: 22 tips to
have phone sex like a sexy sassy
minx!

Just be yourself, and don’t worry too
much about how you’re going to
make out. When the moment comes,
you’ll instinctively be ready. [Read: 6
sneaky ways to get a guy to kiss you
just when you want him to!
]
#3 Don’t be hasty. If you want the
first time you make out to be steamy
and passionate, don’t rush it.
Rushing into it too fast will almost
always ruin it. Just relax and sit
down with each other. Both of you
could watch a movie together, just
talk or hang out.
#4 Build the sexual tension. Both of
you may like each other a lot and find
each other attractive. But what you
do at that particular moment while
hanging out together can make
everything feel so much sexier, and
build the right setting for a perfect
make out. [Read: 13 signs you’re
feeling the sexual tension in the room
]
Find excuses to sit down next to each
other without making it obvious that
you’re coming closer just to make
out. Talk softly in a low voice and
avoid getting jumpy or overexcited
while saying something, or you’ll kill
the sensual mood you’re trying to set.
Clasp your sweetheart’s hands gently
and talk about something romantic or
sweet, like the first time both of you
started falling for each other. [Read:
How to make a girl horny and wet
just by sitting next to her!
]
#5 Get close, really close. Warming
your partner up before you actually
start making out with each other is a
perfect way to connect with each
other and build the passion even
before kissing each other.
Touch your partner or move your
index finger gently across the length
of their arm or their cheek, and
compliment them about their
appearance as you’re doing that. Just
doing this will get your partner’s
heart racing with sexual arousal!
Look into each other’s eyes, and
occasionally run your fingers through
their hair. Sit down really close and
just sink into that moment of carnal
bliss, because at this very moment,
both of you would be feeling really
horny and aroused. [Read: 6 clever
ways to kiss a friend and get away
with it!
]
#6 Don’t kiss immediately. If you feel
like the moment is right, you can kiss
your partner as soon as you feel it.
But if you’re still nervous about
kissing, hold that thought. Forcing a
kiss on your new sweetheart too soon
may make things awkward for both of
you, especially if you’re not ready for
it.
Instead, move your face really close
to your partner’s face as you sit next
to them. You can rub your nose
against their cheek or even kiss their
cheek really close to their lips. Or if
you want to take it slower, place your
palm along the back of their neck,
move in close and softly kiss the neck
right under the chin or the ear, and
just breathe into the kiss. Take your
time, and don’t try to rush in at any
point. Just enjoy the moment. [Read:
10 sexy tips to kiss really
passionately and romantically
]
#7 Enjoy the sensation. Close your
eyes and enjoy the sensation as you
run your hands all over your partner.
Breathe into their skin, enjoy the way
your hands feel over their arms or
shoulders, feel the texture of their hair
through your fingers. Wrap your arms
around them and run it along the
length of their back. Relish the sexual
intoxication you feel as both of you
run your hands against each other.
#8 Arouse the erogenous zones. You
can kiss your partner at any point of
time, when you feel like it. But every
few minutes, take a break from the
kissing and enjoy the rest of your
lover’s body. Without breaking the
sensual moment, move your lips
away from their lips. Slowly and
passionately, continue kissing them
around their lips, their neck or their
ear lobes.
Bring your face away from their face,
and without breaking the flow, kiss
their shoulders, move on and bite
their arms gently and eventually bring
their fingers to your lips. Kiss their
fingers and run your tongue over their
fingers, while moving your hands all
over their body.
Every little body part that sticks out
like the nose, ears, fingers, toes,
ankles, elbows is a potential
erogenous zone that is just
screaming for your touch when you
make out with someone. Run your
hands and lips all over their body,
and you’ll definitely arouse your
partner and make them want to
explode in sexual ecstasy! [Read:
How to kiss a girl by arousing her
senses
]
#9 Perfecting the kiss while making
out. One thing you need to know
about the kiss is that it’s just like
clasping hands and interlacing
fingers with your boyfriend or
girlfriend. It’s really simple, isn’t it?
But just to hold each other’s hands,
both of you have to move your fingers
perfectly while coordinating with
each other to make sure your fingers
interlace perfectly, right?
A kiss works the same way. Tilt your
head slightly *it’ll help you breathe
more easily*, part your lips just a
little and place your lips gently
against your partner’s lips and kiss
them. Don’t move your lips a lot at
least for the first few seconds so you
can enjoy the sensation without any
worry of what you need to do next.
[Read: 18 tips to kiss for the first time
and turn your partner on instantly!
]
You don’t even need to use your
tongue the first time. But if you do
want to, then go ahead and try it.
When both of you get the rhythm right
*just like interlacing your fingers*,
you can push the tip of your tongue
into your partner’s lips for a few
seconds and see how it feels. If you
like it, you can go ahead and let your
tongue wander just a bit more as
time passes.
As long as you don’t stress yourself
out and just enjoy the sensation, your
instincts will kick in and work its
magic.
[Read: How to make out with a guy
like a sex goddess
]
[Read: How to make out with a girl
and make her love it!
]
#10 Don’t get carried away. Making
out is fun and the pleasure is an
intoxicating rush. But that doesn’t
mean you should get carried away
and try something that both of you
aren’t ready for. If you do use these
moves to the tee, your partner will
turn into soft putty in your hands, and
they’ll have a hard time resisting
anything you do! So you must
remember to avoid taking advantage
of the situation.
Don’t push your luck when you’re
making out, at least for the first time.
If your hands wander somewhere that
your partner isn’t comfortable with,
and they hold your hand back or
stiffen up, don’t push ahead in the
heat of the moment. Respect your
partner so both of you can have an
enjoyable experience.
Remember, both of you will always
have plenty of time to take things
further and try something new with
each other. And making out always
feels best when every new sexual
experience is experienced one step at
a time!

guide to orgasms!

Just remember these 10 tips on how
to make out, and both of you will
have an exceptionally good time
making out. But keep this in mind,
the stronger and slower you build the
passion and tension, the better the
making out will feel!

How to Kiss a Girl for the First Time and Not Screw Up

Are you afraid she’ll back away when
you try to kiss her? Use these 10
steps on how to kiss a girl for the first
time and you won’t ever go wrong! By
Gerry Sanders
Kissing a girl for the first time is an
art.
It’s not hard, but it’s definitely an art
many guys haven’t mastered yet.
Kissing a girl on a date or an empty
hallway is all about perfect timing.
You try to kiss her a moment too
early, and she may back away.
You try to kiss her a moment too late,

How to kiss a girl for the first time
The biggest worry for any guy who
wants to kiss a girl is the dreaded
moment when you pucker up and
move forward, and she backs away!
It just makes everything so much
more awkward.
And if she ever does back away from
a kiss, things could just go from
awkward to no contact!
So if you do like a girl and
desperately want to kiss her, don’t
make the crucial mistake of getting
the timing wrong.

a girl on sexually and otherwise

The big mistake: Rushing into a first
kiss
There’s no feeling that’s worse than
lunging for a kiss, only to watch your
date make an awkward expression
and back her body away from you.
*her embarrassed smile or laugh will
only make things so much more
awkward!* [Confession: A teenage

]
And that would almost always
happen if you rush into the kiss
without giving your date a chance to
prepare herself for that inevitable
smooch.
If she likes you already, chances are,
she may not oppose your kiss. But if
it’s just a first date, and you lunge for
a kiss, there’s every possibility that
she may back away even if she thinks
you’re a nice guy and had
contemplated over kissing you at
some point during the date. [Read:

#1 Alone time. The most important
thing you need to ensure is privacy.
Kissing a girl for the first time is
awkward for the first few seconds,
until it starts to get perfect. But for
that transition to be smooth, you
need to avoid any kind of
distractions.
Try to get some alone time with the
girl, be it in your room, in your car
after the date, or in a quiet corner as
you walk her home. It’s very
important that you find the right place
with a lot of privacy, or you may end
up ruining all chances of kissing her.
#2 Don’t talk about the kiss. If you
know the girl already, chances are,
you’ve spoken with her about the first
kiss at some point of time, either
while text flirting with her or over the
phone. [Read: 20 sexy questions to
text a girl and make her wet!
]
But when you’re in the moment, in a
quiet place where there’s no one else
but the two of you, don’t talk about it.
Don’t mention anything about
wanting to kiss her or about wanting
to make out with her. She knows both
of you have discussed it and so do
you. Don’t make the situation
awkward by arm twisting her into a
kiss because both of you have talked
about it!
#3 Take your time. There’s nothing
like the perfect time to kiss a girl,
especially when you’re the one who’s
in control of the situation. Relax, sit
down with her and just talk about
something. Help her feel at ease,
because the more comfortable she is,
the more the chances of her enjoying
that first kiss with you. Just flirt with
her, and talk about something both of
you did that day.
#4 Don’t ask her if you can kiss her.
It’s true, girls love a knight in shining
armor and she’ll love a guy who’s
chivalrous. But asking her if it’s okay
to kiss her isn’t a sign of chivalry, it’s
a sign of awkwardness.
Don’t ask a girl if you can kiss her
because her answer will almost never
be in your favor. If she’s really into
you, she may accept to kiss you, even
if she feels surprised by your *bold
question*. But in any other case,
you’re setting yourself for a fall.
There’s one thing you can do though,
you can kiss the girl gently on her
lips, bring your face back a few
inches, look into her eyes and ask her
if you can kiss her. By doing that,
you’re teasing her sexually, and she
would definitely say “yes”, and it’ll
actually make the first kiss a lot more
intimate! [Read: 15 secrets to make
your first kiss so much more
memorable
]
#5 Get closer. The best way to warm
her up for the first kiss is by cozying
up with her. If you’re sitting down,
seat your butt closer to her so your
arm can easily graze against hers.
And if you’re standing, move into her
personal space and just stand a few
inches away from her body.
The second you get into a girl’s
personal space, it’ll make her feel
awkward. But don’t let her
awkwardness scare you away. Talk
to her and flirt with her, and don’t
make it obvious that you’re coming
closer to her. Instead, just pretend
like you came in closer involuntarily,
and didn’t even realize it. [Read: How
to sit next to a girl and make her
horny and wet without being obvious
]
#6 Warm up the sexual tension.
Touch her often. Use your finger and
run it through her hair or along her
arm. Compliment her as you touch
her, be it about her hair, her fragrance
or her soft skin.
If she smiles or blushes when you
touch her, it’s a sign she likes what
you’re doing. Speak softly in a low
tone and avoid any sudden
movements. Whisper in her ears, and
run your fingers against hers
playfully. [Read: 50 cute things to say
to a girl and make her blush before
kissing her!
]
#7 Make your intentions clear. Move
in close until your face is just inches
away from her face. You don’t need
to stop talking though, just say
something, but as you say it, look at
her lips, and then back again at her
eyes. She’ll know exactly what you’re
looking at, and her mind would be
racing just as fast as yours is!
Wet your own lips discreetly as you
stare at her *not in a murderous
maniac kind of way*. Licking your
lips subconsciously sends the
message across to the girl that you
intend to come in for a kiss very soon,
and moist lips are so much better to
kiss. [Read: 10 sexy tips to kiss a girl
passionately and arouse her
]
#8 The perfect time to kiss. If you use
these steps on how to kiss a girl for
the first time, you don’t really need to
worry about the perfect time to kiss
her because you’re the one in
complete control of things.
But just to create the right cue, move
in closer for the kiss when there’s
been a bit of silence for a few
seconds. Stop talking and don’t say
anything. Just look into her eyes, and
run your fingers through her hair. If
she just looks back at you without
saying anything, that’s the perfect
moment you’ve been waiting for!
#9 Take it easy. So yeah, you’ve just
kissed the girl. But don’t get carried
away and ruin the moment. When you
kiss a girl for the first time, you need
to be very gentle and delicate. Place
your lips on hers and kiss her lips
softly.
Don’t try to use your tongue too early
into the kiss. Instead, just relax, and
try to enjoy the way her lips feel
against yours. You have all the time
to try new things later. But for now,
just focus on kissing her gently, and
don’t get pushy. [Read: How to make
out with a girl on a date and make
her love it!
]
#10 Don’t be overenthusiastic. When
you kiss the girl for the first time,
don’t let your hands wander too soon
into the kiss, or she’s just stiffen up
or push your hands away *and that’s
a terrible mood kill!*
As you kiss her, place your hands on
her shoulders or along the sides of her
arms, and just move it gently along
the sides of her body. Don’t try to
move your hands over her breasts or
her stomach unless both of you have
been kissing for a while.
Touching a girl’s breasts during the
first kiss can make things awkward.
Well, unless you know the perfect way
to do it and make her enjoy it! [Read:
The right way to place your hand over
the girl’s breasts when you kiss her
for the first time!
]
A first kiss can seem complicated,
but by using these 10 steps on how to
kiss a girl for the first time, you’ll be
in complete control of the situation
the whole time. And you’ll definitely
build the right kind of sexual tension
to make sure she enjoys that first
kiss, just as much as you do!

China sentences 55 in stadium trial

Three of the defendants were handed death sentences Fifty-five people in China's north-western Xinjiang province have been found guilty of terrorism, separatism and murder, state media report. The defendants, who appeared to be from the region's Muslim Uighur community, were presented to a stadium holding about 7,000 spectators. Three of the prisoners were sentenced to death. Chinese officials have blamed militant Uighur groups for a growing number of violent attacks across the country. Photos from the open-air trial showed police trucks parked near a running track. Prisoners wearing orange vests stood in the back of the vehicles, surrounded by armed guards, their heads bowed. State media said that local officials and residents were among those who watched the proceedings There were few details released about the cases of those on trial The sentencing happened in Yili, near China's border with Kazakhstan. Local officials and residents watched the proceedings. Those sentenced to death had used weapons to murder a family last year "using extremely cruel methods", according to reports. Celia Hatton, BBC News, Beijing This kind of mass trial is reminiscent of China's Cultural Revolution in the 1960s and 1970s, when large groups of people would gather to denounce those who crossed the Communist Party leadership. In the 1980s and 1990s, public trials were also used during the government's widespread attempts to crack down on crime. Startled by an increasing number of bloody attacks on civilians linked to militants within Xinjiang's ethnic Uighur community, the Chinese government is returning to this type of political theatre. Beijing is attempting to calm the wider Chinese public, by showing a blatant display of force, while also issuing a warning to Uighurs hoping to challenge the dominance of the minority Han Chinese moving into Xinjiang. No further details about the defendants' cases were immediately available. The public rally seems to have been a show of force by the Chinese government, which has just launched a national anti-terrorism operation focusing on Xinjiang. Officials last week announced a one-year campaign against militant violence in Xinjiang, banning people from conducting or supporting extremist activity. Uighurs and Xinjiang • Uighurs are ethnically Turkic Muslims • They make up about 45% of the region's population; 40% are Han Chinese • China re-established control of the region in 1949 after crushing the short-lived state of East Turkestan • Since then, there has been large-scale immigration of Han Chinese • Uighurs fear erosion of their traditional culture The announcement came after 39 people were killed last week when five suicide bombers attacked a street market in Urumqi, Xinjiang's capital. Beijing has blamed this - and other recent mass-casualty attacks - on Uighur separatists. These include an attack in Beijing, where a car ploughed into pedestrians in Tiananmen Square, killing five people, and attacks at railway stations in Urumqi and Kunming. China says it is pouring money into the Xinjiang region, but some Uighurs say their traditions and freedoms are being crushed. Naijaswap © 2014

Gay Dads Develop Brain Patterns Of Both Mothers And Fathers, Study Finds

Neil Patrick Harris, David Burtka, and their twins, Harper Grace and Gideon Scott.

Opponents of marriage equality claim that same-sex couples should be banned from marrying because children deserve both a mother and a father, but a new study suggests otherwise. Researchers at Bar-Ilan University in Israel compared the brain scans of new moms, new straight dads, and new gay dads, and found that the gay dads developed brain patterns that resemble both mothers and fathers.
In the study, the mothers, who played a primary caregiver role for their children, demonstrated heightened activity in their brain’s emotion-processing regions when watching their children. The straight fathers, playing a traditional secondary parenting role, exhibited increased cognitive activity in the brain, demonstrating awareness of what their children’s cries and cues were trying to communicate. But the gay fathers demonstrated both the mothers’ emotional and fathers’ cognitive brain activity, suggesting that they were, at least according to their brains, operating like both mothers and fathers. This was further evident given that the gay fathers exhibited extra communication between the two brain structures, suggesting that playing both parenting roles integrated both parenting roles into one.
Lead researcher Ruth Feldman explained that “fathers’ brains are very plastic,” and when two fathers are co-parenting, “their brains must recruit both networks, the emotional and cognitive, for optimal parenting.”
Plenty of previous studies have demonstrated that the children of same-sex parents fare just as well as their peers raised by different-sex parents, but this may be one of the first studies to provide an explanation as to why. It also directly challenges the primary rhetoric used by marriage equality opponents.
This summer, the National Organization for Marriage (NOM) is planning a March for Marriage in Washington, DC, featuring speakers like Mike Huckabee and representatives from the Catholic Church, the Heritage Foundation, and the Alliance Defending Freedom. According to the anti-gay march’s official talking points, “marriage matters because kids deserve both a mom and a dad!” NOM explains that “kids deserve better” than the “radical social experiment of redefining marriage and family into genderless institutions.”
Ryan T. Anderson of the Heritage Foundation, who will also be speaking at the march, has argued that marriage equality would “deny the significance of both mothering and fathering to children.” The Ruth Institute, a former affiliate of NOM, has demanded that if sex is irrelevant to parenting, “the burden of proof should be on those who make this strong, non-intuitive claim.”
The claim now does have evidence to support it, and the burden is on opponents to consider it.

How to Talk to a Girl and Look Smooth Doing It!

Learn how to talk to a girl like a real smooth talker,
no matter where you are. All you need are just 10
moves to work your magic and impress her!
Have you ever walked into a room and instantly
found yourself smitten by a beauty standing across
the room?
Ever wondered how to talk to a girl you like at a
time like this?
Making a move to talk to a girl
One of the biggest hurdles most guys face is
making the first move.
Chatting up a girl is easy if you’re going to be
introduced to her.
But when you have to walk up to a girl you’ve never
spoken to before, and want to start a conversation,
your heart can start to beat faster than a
hummingbird on heat.
[Read: Everything you need to know to approach a
girl you don't know and wow her!
]
Follow these ten steps one at a time, and before
you know it, knowing how to talk to a girl you like
will be as easy as taking a walk in the park.
What you need to know
You’re interested in talking to great girls, aren’t
you?
And just like you, girls are interested in talking to
great guys too.
So really, there’s nothing to be worried about here!
Remember the biggest rule when it comes to
knowing how to talk to a girl – you can’t jump
steps. Just like you have to learn to walk before
you can run, you need to learn to warm her up
before you talk to her. Read on.
#1 Let her know you’re interested in her. Talking to
a girl isn’t as simple as walking up to just about any
girl and asking her out on a date. It may work in the
movies, but in all probability, it won’t work in real
life. A girl needs to know you’re interested in her so
she can evaluate you.
If you just walk up to a girl who doesn’t have a hint
that you’re approaching her, you may just end up
shocking her. And she’s going to say the first thing
her mum taught her to say to intruding boys. “Go
away!” [Read: 8 classy moves to get a girl to notice
you without even talking to her
]
#2 Play the staring game. Once she knows you
exist, take the game a notch higher. Glance at her
now and then to arouse her curiosity. Does she
glance back at you now and then? Does she smile
to herself when you catch her eye? Do her friends
look at you and smile? Watch out for the happy
signs. [Read: 10 subtle eye contact flirting moves
that always work!
]
There’s no point in trying to figure out how to talk to
a girl if all she does is gives you a dirty stare or
doesn’t care whether you’re looking at her. Asking a
girl out in such cases usually ends up being a
disaster and for a novice’s confidence, it’s best to
be avoided.
#3 Don’t pick her up. Using a pick up line may be
smart and cocky, but in most cases, pick up lines
fail. The best way to figure out when and how to talk
to a girl is to avoid pick up lines and use pick up
circumstances instead!
If it’s a conference or a gallery and she walks up to
a display, stand next to her and say something out
of the blue like “do you know how long it took to
make this?” or something just as casual. Likewise,
whether it’s in the office, a park or even a bar, look
around and ask her a question that’s relevant to
something around her.
But always remember to keep it vague. A vague
question makes a girl wonder for a few seconds,
she’s going to end up responding to you. [Read:
How to tell if a girl likes you for more examples and
tips]
#4 Don’t come on too strong. Now this works best
just after you’ve spoken to her after asking her a
really vague question. Once she answers it, both of
you are in talking mode but not really friends. She
would have answered your question and looked
away. She obviously knows you’re hitting on her, so
she won’t really try to continue the conversation.
She may just smile and look away. [Read: 16 tips to
keep a flirty conversation going with the opposite
sex
]
You can do one of two things, introduce yourself or
continue to play the game and introduce yourself
after asking her a few more questions. Prolonging
the game can make it so much more exciting for
both of you. But of course, she could just walk out
of the conversation if she’s in a bar counter waiting
for a drink. If you’re introducing yourself, go ahead
and introduce yourself. And be frank, tell her you
have a confession to make, that you’ve been
waiting to meet her for a long time or all evening.
She obviously knows you’ve been staring at her, so
why pretend like you’re picking her up. Telling her
the truth may flatter her instead of making her feel
like she’s being picked up. [Read: 15 very obvious
flirting signs between a guy and a girl
]
#5 Give her the space
When you’re talking to a girl, make sure she knows
she can walk out whenever she wants. Don’t corner
her in awkward places like outside the ladies room,
or a quiet corridor. If you can handle it, you can
even talk to a girl when she’s with her friends.
Always remember, if she feels like she has the
space, she’s going to be a lot more comfortable to
talk to you. [Read: How to charm a girl and flatter
her into liking you ]
But then again, this is tricky. If you give a girl
enough space, you may not be able to build a
connection and she may just end up walking away.
But as long as you’ve got the first four steps right,
she won’t really walk away.
After all, if you’ve warmed her up, she’s going to
want to talk to you too! As long as you’ve used
these first four steps on how to talk to a girl to the
tee, you’ll be able to talk to a girl and impress her,
without really making it appear like you’re trying to
pick her up. [Read: 12 things a girl does when she
likes you already ]
We’re only half way through the guide on how to
talk to a girl and look smooth at the same time.
These tips may be enough to impress a girl and
start a conversation with her. Read these next five
steps on what to talk about with a girl to rouse her

Pope visits Jerusalem holy sites

Pope Francis has visited the most important holy sites for Muslims and Jews in Jerusalem's Old City on the final day of his Middle East tour. At the al-Aqsa mosque compound, the Pope urged people of all religions to "work together for justice and peace". He then prayed at the Western Wall, which lies just beneath it, bowing his head as he touched the stones. The pontiff has been feted by Israel and the Palestinians, and has invited their presidents to the Vatican. Both Israel's Shimon Peres and Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas have given a positive response. 'Brothers and sisters' Pope Francis began the third day of his trip by visiting the compound, considered the third holiest site in Islam. Known to Muslims as the Haram al-Sharif (Noble Sanctuary) and Jews as the Temple Mount, the status of the site is one of the most contentious issues in the Israel-Palestinian conflict . Pope Francis took off his shoes to enter the Dome of the Rock, from where Islamic tradition says the Prophet Muhammad ascended to heaven. The Pope then walked to the nearby al-Aqsa Mosque. Speaking to the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, the Pope deviated from his prepared remarks to call on Christians, Jews and Muslims to "love one another as brothers and sisters". "May we learn to understand the suffering of others. May no-one abuse the name of God through violence," he said. Afterwards, he headed to the Western Wall, one of the holiest sites in Judaism. It is part of the retaining wall of the Temple Mount dating back to a time when a Jewish temple stood there. The Pope spent a few minutes praying at the wall, as he did on Sunday at the controversial Israeli security barrier that separates the biblical town of Bethlehem in the West Bank from Jerusalem. He also left a written prayer in a crack in the Western Wall's ancient stones, before embracing two close friends from his native Argentina - an imam and a rabbi - who have been travelling with him. The Pope then went to Mount Herzl cemetery, where he lay a wreath at the tomb of the founder of modern Zionism, Theodor Herzl. The BBC's Yolande Knell in Jerusalem says the visit is now part of the protocol for official visitors, but is nevertheless an act of symbolic importance. Afterwards, the Pope made an unscheduled stop at a memorial for Israeli civilians killed in attacks by Palestinian militants. The move was at the request of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, his office said. 'Never again' Later, the Pope travelled to Yad Vashem, Israel's national Holocaust memorial, where he kissed the hands of several survivors in a sign of honour. At a solemn ceremony at the Hall of Remembrance, he spoke of the "boundless tragedy of the Holocaust", describing it as an "unfathomable abyss". "Never again, Lord, never again!" he said. "Here we are, Lord, shamed by what man - created in your own image and likeness - was capable of doing." Our correspondent says the visit to the memorial holds special significance because of questions over the Vatican's position during the Holocaust. The Pope then met Israel's two chief rabbis before attending a private audience with President Peres, whom he asked to guarantee pilgrims free access to Jerusalem's holy sites. Shortly before departing for Rome from Ben Gurion airport, he celebrated Mass at the site known as the Cenacle, where Jesus is reputed to have taken part in the Last Supper with his Apostles on the eve of his crucifixion. The Cenacle is located in a historic building on Mount Zion that is also sacred to both Jews and Muslims. The reputed burial place of King David is on the ground floor of the Cenacle, while a mosque is situated on the roof.

Nigeria 'called off deal' for girls

A deal for the release of some of the abducted schoolgirls in Nigeria was close to being secured when the Nigerian government called it off, the BBC has learned. Some of the girls were set to be freed in exchange for imprisoned Islamist militants, reports the BBC's Will Ross. Boko Haram group snatched more than 200 girls from a school on 14 April. Nigeria's government is under pressure to do more to tackle the group and bring about the girls' release. Thousands of people have died since Boko Haram began a violent campaign against the Nigerian government in 2009 and in the subsequent security crackdown. 'All options open' The BBC has learned that officials have held talks with the group to secure the release of the schoolgirls. An intermediary met Boko Haram leaders earlier this month and visited the location in north-east Nigeria where the girls were being held, says the BBC's Will Ross in the capital, Abuja. A deal was almost reached to set some of the girls free in exchange for the release of 100 Boko Haram members being held in detention, our correspondent says. But the government cancelled the planned agreement shortly before the swap was due to take place. The reasons for the withdrawal are unclear. It came just after Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan attended a meeting in Paris hosted by President Francois Hollande of France where leaders said they had agreed a "global and regional action plan" against Boko Haram. Who are Boko Haram? • Founded in 2002 • Initially focused on opposing Western education - Boko Haram means "Western education is forbidden" in the Hausa language • Launched military operations in 2009 to create Islamic state • Thousands killed, mostly in north-eastern Nigeria - also attacked police and UN headquarters in capital, Abuja • Some three million people affected • Declared terrorist group by US in 2013 The girls, who were mainly Christian, were taken from their school in Chibok, in north-eastern Borno state and are thought to be held in a remote forested area of the state, close to the border with Chad and Cameroon. Nigeria previously in return for their release. However, the information ministry had earlier said all options were on the table, after the group earlier this month and suggested a swap. The video showed 136 girls, and was interspersed with militants explaining that they had "converted" to Islam. The UK, the US, China and France are among the countries to have sent teams of experts and equipment to help to locate them. 'Morally bankrupt' Meanwhile, Nigeria is reeling from continuing violence - on Sunday, 24 villagers died in a raid by suspected Boko Haram militants. On Saturday there was another bomb in the central city of Jos where earlier in the week 118 people had died a twin car bomb attack blamed on the group. A special day of Muslim prayers was held on Sunday in Abuja where the Sultan of Sokoto - the spiritual leader of Nigeria's Muslims - said the country faced a crisis worse than the civil war in the 1960s as they were fighting an enemy without boundaries. "What is happening in the country is a very serious case of terrorism; terrorism has no place in Islam… we must fish out those bad elements amongst us," Muhammed Sa'ad Abubakar told worshippers. But the sultan said Nigerians cannot hope for their prayers to be answered if they continue to be "corrupt and so morally bankrupt". "Corruption breeds injustice, injustice has no place in Islam. Injustice is a big barrier to good governance and if you don't have good governance in any society, you don't have the people," he said.

Deadly blast in Nigerian city of Jos

The world is watching to see what Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan will do next An explosion in the central Nigerian city of Jos has killed at least three people in a suicide attack, police say. Police said the blast happened near an open-air TV viewing centre where people were watching the Champions League football final. No group has said it carried out the attack. However it comes days after a twin car bomb attack blamed on Boko Haram militants killed 118 people in Jos. A spokesman for Plateau state governor Jonah Jang said the latest blast happened on Bauchi Road at about 21:30 local time (20:30 GMT). Police commissioner Chris Olakpe told AFP news agency that the bomber's improvised explosive device detonated prematurely. "He died in the wake of the heinous crime. It exploded before the viewing centre because of pressure from local youths and the alertness of the local people," he added. Last month suspected Boko Haram gunmen stormed a venue in Potiskum, north-east Yobe state, and shot dead two people watching the two Champions League quarter-final matches. Boko Haram leader Abubakar Shekau has previously described football and music as a Western ploy to distract Muslims from their religion. The latest attack comes five weeks after Boko Haram kidnapped more than 200 schoolgirls, prompting international outrage. The UN Security Council has approved sanctions against the Islamist group.

Pope praises Jordan as tour begins

Pope Francis has praised Jordan for its "generous welcome" to Syrian refugees at the start of a three-day visit to the Middle East. The Pope was welcomed by King Abdullah II and in a speech at the royal palace, he stressed the need for an "urgent" solution to the Syrian conflict. He went on to celebrate Mass at a stadium in the capital Amman and will later meet Syrian refugees. The tour's official purpose is to improve ties with the Orthodox Church. However, correspondents say many will expect Pope Francis to use his influence to try to ease tensions in the Middle East. His highlighting of Jordan's role in accepting Syrian refugees came weeks after the kingdom opened a new camp which could accommodate up to 130,000 refugees. Jordan is already host to almost 600,000 people fleeing the conflict, according to the UN. In his speech, he also called for more respect for religious freedom, calling it "a fundamental human right". "I cannot fail to express my hope that it will be upheld throughout the Middle East and the entire world," he said. Christian minorities have been subject to increasing attacks in some parts of the Middle East in recent years. He thanked Jordan for its "efforts to seek lasting peace for the entire region" and said this would also require a "just solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict". On Sunday he is to begin two days in the West Bank and Israel. He told journalists that the trip would be "challenging" but rewarding, AP reports. By BBC Middle East Editor Jeremy Bowen, travelling with Pope Francis Pope Francis comes across as an approachable, amiable man. Not long after takeoff he came to greet the 50 or so journalists travelling with him. They're mostly reporters who follow the Pope full-time. One woman said that Pope Benedict, Francis's predecessor, never came back to talk to journalists. She asked him to pose for a selfie, which he did with a smile. He told me he had been in Jerusalem only once before, in 1973 at the time of the Yom Kippur war. The Pope insists his trip is about religion, officially marking the fiftieth anniversary of a visit by Pope Paul VI 50 years ago. But he's heading for Jerusalem, where everything is political. It will take diplomatic skill to avoid controversy. Palestinians hope he will have something to say about their desire for independence. In Bethlehem, which is in the Israeli-occupied West Bank, Palestinians say they are threatened by the encroachment of Jewish settlements. The Israeli government will hope he stays as neutral as possible - a position which would disappoint Palestinian Christians. Restraining orders The Pope will be accompanied by a rabbi and an imam - friends from his native Argentina - and hopes to improve relations between Christians, Muslims and Jews in the Holy Land. His journey comes only a few weeks after the latest round of Israeli-Palestinian peace talks collapsed. Israel has issued restraining orders against several Jewish right-wing activists this week over concerns that they could try to disrupt the visit. Police said offensive "anti-Christian graffiti" was discovered on the wall of a church in the southern city of Beersheba on Friday. Preparations were well under way at Manger Square in Bethlehem ahead of the Pope's visit The Pope's journey marks the 50th anniversary of the historic meeting in Jerusalem between Pope Paul VI and the head of the Orthodox Church, Patriarch Athenagoras. The meeting ended 900 years of separation and enduring antagonism between the Eastern and Western branches of Christianity. On Sunday, Pope Francis will travel to Bethlehem in the West Bank and preside over Mass in Manger Square, near the site where Jesus is believed to have been born. He will also meet the current Ecumenical Orthodox Patriarch, Bartholomew, and they will sign a declaration of friendship. His schedule on Monday is set to include a visit to the al-Aqsa mosque complex in Jerusalem's Old City followed by the Dome of the Rock and the Western Wall. Pope Francis will be the fourth leader of the Roman Catholic Church to visit Jerusalem, after Popes Paul VI, John Paul II and Benedict XVI, who went there in 2009.

Real Madrid v Atletico Madrid

Champions League final: Real Madrid v Atletico Madrid preview
Atletico Madrid will give Diego Costa and Arda Turan every chance to be fit for Saturday's Champions League final against city rivals Real Madrid.
Costa has been treated in Belgrade using horse placenta after tearing a hamstring during last weekend's 1-1 draw with Barcelona.
Turan injured a hip against Barca.
"They trained better yesterday but we will see how they both train here and how they feel. We will decide on what we see," said coach Diego Simeone.
Costa has scored 36 goals this season but Simeone is confident his title-winning squad has enough ability to cope if either man fails to make it.
"They are just names. Both are important players with the team but there are other players who know they will be playing if Diego or Arda don't so we are working in preparation for whatever happens."
Real coach Carlo Ancelotti expects Cristiano Ronaldo to be fit.
Ronaldo has been troubled by a hamstring injury ahead of the showpiece in his home country and missed Real's last two La Liga games, withdrawing from the game against Espanyol shortly before kick-off.
"Cristiano Ronaldo doesn't have a problem - we need him. . He has trained well and now we will just have to wait and see," said Ancelotti.
Pepe and Karim Benzema have also been doubts in the build-up and Ancelotti added: "We will have to see how Pepe and Karim are doing because they haven't trained this week.
"Today's training session will be crucial for Pepe. "
After winning La Liga for the first time since 1996, Atletico are attempting to win their first European Cup.
They reached the final in 1974 but were beaten 4-0 by Bayern Munich in a replay, after the first match finished 1-1.
Real, meanwhile, could win the trophy for a record 10th time but it will be their first success since 2002, when Zinedine Zidane scored a spectacular goal to secure a 2-1 win over Bayer Leverkusen.
A victory for Real would mean a third Champions League title as a coach for Ancelotti, who also won the competition twice as a player.
"There's no pressure on me, just the joy of living this moment of happiness,'' said Ancelotti.
"A lot of teams have to watch this game in front of the TV and we're lucky to be able to play it. I've watched this game on TV a lot of times and I didn't enjoy it."
Saturday's match between Real and Atletico is the first European Cup final with two teams from the same city. It will also be the fifth meeting between the two sides this season.
Real emerged as 5-0 victors over two legs in the Spanish Cup, with Atletico claiming a win and a draw in the league meetings.

The world's worst stadium disaster

The world's worst stadium disaster occurred exactly 50 years ago in the Peruvian capital Lima. More than 300 people died - but the full story has never been told, and possibly never will be. "The police didn't let their dogs loose but they did let them tear his clothes off," recalls Hector Chumpitaz, one of Peru's football legends. "The people were getting disturbed by the way in which they were taking the pitch invader away. It was driving them mad. "We don't know what would have happened if they had removed him in a peaceful fashion, but we can't think about that now." Chumpitaz went on to gain more than 100 caps for Peru. He captained the side at the 1970 and 1978 World Cups, but he almost gave up football after this disastrous match, at the start of his international career. Hosting Argentina on 24 May 1964, Peru were second in the table at the half-way stage of South America's Olympic qualifying tournament. Confidence was high, but with Brazil awaiting in their last game, Peru realistically needed a draw at least against Argentina. The stadium was packed to its 53,000 capacity, a little over 5% of Lima's population at the time. "Though we were playing well, they took the lead," Chumpitaz recalls. "We attacked, they defended and this continued until a play came where their defender went to clear - and our player, Kilo Lobaton, raised his foot to block and the ball rebounded into the goal - but the referee said it was a foul, so he disallowed it. This is why the crowd began to get very upset." In quick succession, two spectators entered the field of play. The first was a bouncer known as Bomba, who tried to hit the referee before being both stopped by police and manhandled off the field. The second, Edilberto Cuenca, then suffered a brutal assault. "Our very own policemen were kicking him and beating him as if he were the enemy. This is what raised everybody's anger - including mine," says one of the fans in the Estadio Nacional that day, Jose Salas. Within seconds, the crowd were launching a variety of missiles at the police. A couple of dozen more people were trying to reach the pitch. Reading the mood, Salas and his friends decided to leave. "The five of us went down the stairs to go out on to the streets - as did many others - but we found the exit gate closed," he says. "So we turned round and started to climb the stairs, which is when the police started throwing the tear gas. At that point, the people in the stands ran into the tunnel to escape - where they met us - causing an enormous crush." Salas was in the north stand, where the greatest number of tear gas canisters fell - between 12 and 20. Salas thinks he spent some two hours in a human glacier that slowly edged down the stairs - so tightly packed, he says, that his feet did not touch the floor until he ended up at the bottom, trapped in a pile of bodies, some living some dead. Records state that most victims died from asphyxiation. But what makes this stadium disaster different from others is what happened on the streets outside. Newspapers the following day showed the panic caused by the tear gas While some fans who escaped from the stadium managed to open the gates and free those trapped inside, others became involved in a battle with armed police. "Some lads from my neighbourhood were going by and spotted me. I was quite skinny, and eventually they pulled me out," he says. "But then the shooting began and they started running. The shots were outside - bullets were everywhere. I started to run and didn't look back." For most of this time, Chumpitaz was also unable to leave. "After we made it to the dressing rooms, some people went outside and came back saying there had been two deaths. 'Two deaths?' we asked. One would have seemed a lot. We were in the dressing room for two hours before we could leave, so we didn't know the magnitude of what was going on. "On the way back to our training base, we were listening to the radio and it was 10, 20, 30 deaths. Every time there was news, the number was rising: 50 deaths, 150, 200, 300, 350." The official number of those who died is 328, but this may be an underestimate, as it does not include anyone killed by gunfire. There are many eyewitness accounts of people dying of gunshot wounds, but the judge appointed to investigate the disaster, Judge Benjamin Castaneda, was never able to find the bodies to prove it. Hearing of two corpses with gunshot wounds in Lima's Hospital Loayza, he rushed to inspect them, he told me when I interviewed him 14 years ago. As he arrived, a vehicle was just leaving. "Reaching the mortuary, I met someone I knew," he said. "I asked him if there were two corpses with bullet wounds. 'Yes,' he told me, 'but they've just taken them away.'" Some months after the tragedy, Castaneda was visited by an elderly man who said his two sons, both medical students, had travelled from the provinces to attend the game and never returned. "Even though he had looked for their names among the dead, he could not find them," Castaneda told me. "He had made further inquiries, but found nothing. So I told him I had news that some people had died after being shot and that, lamentably, I could never discover their identities as everything had been hidden from me." In his report, Castaneda said the death toll given by the government did not "reflect the true number of victims, since there are well-founded suspicions of secret removals of those killed by bullets". He went on to accuse the then interior minister of orchestrating the pitch invasion and the brutal police response, in order to incite the crowd to violence - thus providing a pretext for a violent crackdown. The show of strength was intended, he said, to "make the people learn, with blood and tears" the risks they ran if they challenged the authorities. For its part, the government laid the blame for the trouble on Trotskyist agitators. Jorge Salazar, a journalist and professor who has written a book about the disaster, says Peruvian society was at the time unusually turbulent. "It was the sixties, it was Beatles time, Fidel Castro was in fashion - everything was changing in the world," he says. "In Peru, people were talking for the first time about social justice. There were a lot of demonstrations, worker movements and communist parties. The left was quite powerful, and there was a permanent clash between the police and the people." Many of the football fans who escaped from the tear gas, certainly wanted revenge on the police. Two policemen were reportedly killed inside the stadium, and battles continued on the streets outside. Fifty years on, Peruvian Congressman Alberto Beingolea, who has called this weekend for a minute's silence to honour the dead, doubts that the violence was pre-planned by either the government or revolutionaries. But he doesn't discount the idea that people died from gunshot wounds. "Two such deaths are possible, especially if you are in a climate of chaos - as happened in that era," he says. "When one generates chaos, the police have to respond - and at any moment, that can result in shooting." Peru has never made a serious attempt to get to the bottom of the Estadio Nacional disaster, and this may never now be possible. The stadium today What we do know is that those punished can be counted on two fingers. Jorge Azambuja, the police commander who gave the order to fire the tear gas, was sentenced to 30 months in jail. The other was Judge Castaneda himself. He was fined for submitting his report six months late, and for failing to attend all 328 autopsies as he ought to have done. His report was thrown out. Now dead, he told me in 2000: "I asked everywhere about the bodies but never found anything. They said - without official confirmation of any kind - they were interred in Callao." This year, the head of the Peruvian Institute of Sport - one of the country's four Olympic medallists, Francisco Boza - has made an unprecedented effort to contact families affected by the tragedy and to invite them to a long overdue mass, to be held at the Cathedral of Lima on Saturday. But there is still no plaque on display at the Estadio Nacional to commemorate those who died in football's worst disaster. Deadly attacks on Nigeria villages

Nigeria village attack 'kills 17' May 21, 2014 13:00 Gabriel Gatehouse in Jos: "Is the Nigerian military capable of coping with this threat?" The Islamist group Boko Haram has been accused of killing at least 17 people in an attack on a village in north-east Nigeria, close to where hundreds of schoolgirls were seized. It comes a day after 118 people died in a double bombing in the central city of Jos, also blamed on Boko Haram. In the latest attack, Boko Haram fighters reportedly spent hours killing and looting in the village of Alagarno. Alagarno is near Chibok, from where the schoolgirls were abducted last month. The abductions of more than 200 girls caused international outrage and prompted foreign powers to send military advisers to assist Nigeria's army. People in north-east Nigeria are extremely vulnerable to attacks because many areas are no-go zones for the military and the insurgents operate freely, correspondents say. Analysis by Will Ross, BBC News, Abuja The big question is where is Nigeria heading? The ferocity, frequency and geographical spread of the attacks is alarming. The military continues to fail to protect civilians in the north-east despite endless promises from the government that additional help is being sent there. Boko Haram has in the past said it wanted to create an Islamic state. The current bombing campaign is indiscriminate, killing Christians and Muslims. Following most of the devastating attacks in the remote north-east this year, the government has been silent. These days the president and government officials take less time to condemn, but there is no real sign that the military has the capacity to turn the tide against this brutal campaign of violence. That is terrifying. 'Fully committed' Witnesses in Alagarno said the suspected Boko Haram fighters had arrived close to midnight, forcing many residents to flee into the bush. The militants left the village some four hours later with stolen food and vehicles. One survivor told the BBC that every single building in the village had been torched. Meanwhile, the search for bodies is continuing in Jos following Tuesday's twin bombings that reduced buildings to rubble. Witnesses in Jos described scenes of horror and confusion in the aftermath of the attack Twisted wreckage from the blasts in Jos was still strewn across the road on Wednesday Relatives of victims gathered at a mortuary in Jos to identify their loved ones The attacks targeted a crowded market and a hospital, and the second blast went off 30 minutes after the first - killing rescue workers who had rushed to the scene. "People were using wheelbarrows to move bodies and limbs," eyewitness Janzen Weyi told the BBC. Nigeria's President Goodluck Jonathan condemned the bombings, and said those who carried out the attacks were "cruel and evil". His office said he was "fully committed to winning the war against terror". The president announced increased measures to tackle the militants, including a multinational force around Lake Chad which comprises a battalion each from Chad, Niger, Cameroon and Nigeria. The US also issued a statement condemning the Jos attack, as well as a suicide bombing in the northern city of Kano on 18 May. It said it was working closely with Nigerian authorities to find a solution to the "regional security threat" posed by Boko Haram. President Jonathan's government has been accused of not doing enough to tackle the Islamist extremists - criticism that has grown since the abduction of the schoolgirls. Earlier this month, the Nigerian senate unanimously approved a six-month extension of a state of emergency in Adamawa, Borno and Yobe states. Boko Haram is fighting to overthrow the government and create an Islamic state. More than 1,000 people have been killed in attacks linked to the group this year alone. Nigeria under attack • 20 May: Twin bomb attacks killed at least 118 people in the central city of Jos • 18 May: Suicide blast on a busy street in northern city of Kano kills four, including a 12-year-old girl • 5 May: Boko Haram militants slaughter more than 300 residents in the town of Gamboru Ngala • 2 May: Car bomb claims at least 19 lives in the Nigerian capital, Abuja • 14 April: Twin bomb attack claimed by Boko Haram kills more than 70 at an Abuja bus station; the same day, the group abducts more than 200 schoolgirls from the remote northern town of Chibok • 17 March: At least 20 people die in a suicide car bomb at a bus stop in Kano Are you in the area?
